Thousand Butta Saree

We would like to inform you that we have recently launched a small saree business and have been actively reaching out to various manufacturers for bulk purchases to support our reselling operations. As part of this effort, we have been trying to contact Sri Sakthi Pugazh Tex over the past week. However, we have only received a generic response directing us to check the website, with no further assistance from your team.

To assess the quality of your products, we placed an order for 10 sarees amounting to ₹5,390 on 23/09/2025, which was delivered on 24/09/2025. Upon receiving the package, we noticed that the packing was lowstandard — the sarees were carelessly bundled together. Additionally, several sarees appeared to have been previously opened or used, and some did not meet acceptable quality standards.

Given these concerns, we would like to return the entire order either today or tomorrow and request a full refund for the purchase.
